ABOUT THE FACILITIES
80' by 150' insulated covered arena, river sand footing. The temperature is 10 to 15 degrees cooler in the summer. Presently open for work on the flat. A few jumps available to be brought in if needed.
Lights for night riding
200' by 100' Outdoor arena presently set up with a full course of jumps. Sand footing, built in drainage. Available for ridng the same day it rains. There are large shade trees to hang under on those hot days.

Full size dressage arena, 20m 60M coming soon in 2011
Jumps
Trails, wooded trails and meadows accessed directly from the stable. Plans in the works for jumps for use on the trails, building date July 2011. Great practice for field hunters and event horses, helps keep show hunter and jumpers sharp.(all jumps will have a way to get around them for non jumpers.)
Safe pastures with no climb fencing
Pesty fly control. We use fly preditors on the grounds including pastures and stables.
Wash stall with hot and cold water
Heated tack room with wash sink for tack
Washer and Dryer
Heated bathroom with shower
Owner/Instructor lives on the property
Use the veterinarian and farrier of your choice
No restrictions on when you can come and enjoy your horse, open 24-7

Blanketing and fly mask changes NO extra charge
Exercise and training your horse or pony available, prices depending on you and your horses needs.
Looking for part time work in exchange for riding instruction or horse board.
Outside riders can use the arenas for $12.00 (with your horse or pony). Please call for a schedule. Must have a negative coggins.
