Horses checked two times daily

Fly masks on am if needed, off pm

ABOUT THE FACILITIES
80' by 150' insulated covered arena, river sand footing. The temperature is 10 to 15 degrees cooler in the summer.

Small dressage areana, 20m X 40M
Full size dressage arena, 20m 60M coming soon in 2009/2010
Jumps
Trails, wooded trails and meadows accessed directly from the stable
Safe pastures with no climb fencing
Wash stall with hot and cold water
Heated tack room with wash sink for tack
Washer and Dryer
Heated bathroom with shower
Owner/Instructor lives on the property
Use the veterinarian and farrier of your choice
No restrictions on when you can come and enjoy your horse, open 24-7

Exercise and training your horse or pony available, prices depending on you and your horses needs.
Looking for part time work in exchange for riding instruction or horse board.
Outside riders can use the arenas for $12.00 (with your horse or pony). Please call for a schedule. Must have a negative coggins.
